Hi! I'm Euan Baldwin,
a Robotics MSc Student at UoM.

About Me

I'm studying for an MSc in Robotics at the University of Manchester, following a BSc in Physics. My academic path combines the rigour of physics with the creative potential of robotics and AI. As Chair of Effective Altruism (EA) Manchester, I lead community efforts to explore meaningful ways of creating positive global change through thoughtful discussion and action.

Career Objectives & Research Interests

I'm driven to tackle complex, real-world problems through the ethical use of advanced technologies. My main interests lie in AI Safety and developing autonomous systems that are reliable, secure, and aligned with human values. With a strong physics foundation, I aim to deliver scientifically robust solutions that prioritise safety, sustainability, and long-term societal benefit.
