  • Own day-to-day content execution: speaker communications and onboarding, and the content and speaker tracker.
  • Run org fair and meetup logistics.
  • Coordinate the run of show with production, AV, and videography.

Production Coordinator Summit on Existential Security (UK)

  • Sourced and negotiated with suppliers, then project managed their workstreams from initiation to delivery, on time and under budget.
  • Challenged our shuttle bookings with data, halving them and saving £5,000.
  • Ran the production room, resolving live issues and keeping concurrent workstreams on schedule.

Room Manager EA Global London 2026

  • Ran the 300-capacity workshop room, turning over back-to-back sessions on a tight schedule.
  • Built per-speaker setup checklists and acted as the in-room point person for live issues.
