  • Own the attendee platform, organisation fair, conference communications, and the first-timers programme.
  • Lead deployment of an LLM attendee matching tool.

Production Coordinator Summit on Existential Security (UK)

  • Sourced and negotiated with suppliers, then project managed their workstreams from initiation to delivery, on time and under budget.
  • Challenged our shuttle bookings with data, halving them and saving £5,000.
  • Ran the production room, resolving live issues and keeping concurrent workstreams on schedule.

Room Manager EA Global London 2026

  • Ran the 300-capacity workshop room, turning over back-to-back sessions on a tight schedule.
  • Built per-speaker setup checklists and acted as the in-room point person for live issues.
